This wonderful antique framed map of Perkinsville, Vermont measures approx 9″ x 11 1/2″ and most likely dates to sometime in the late 1800’s. It would look amazing hanging on the wall of your business or home! It says on the back it was originally purchased at an antiquarian book show in Woodstock, VT in 1985, but was most likely put in this frame long before that. We were unable to figure out an exact date but a search of some of the business depicted on it shows them in operation in Perkinsville during the 1860’s – 1880’s. It appears to have been removed from an old atlas or book and put in this frame as we were unable to locate this exact map anywhere and the the size of the map itself (5 1/2″ x 6″) would be consistent with a map in an old book….The frame shows a little wear but the map itself is very bright and clean and is amazing shape for its age. An overall great looking old map of a tiny Vermont town at a great price! Please look closely at photos for best idea of condition.
